The Death by Hospital Protocol APP and the Quest for Medical Transparency
There are places where secrets go to die, and there are secrets that allow people to die. Until recently, these secrets have been carefully guarded behind the sterile walls of our medical establishment.
Simon Wiesenthal's Vigilantism as a Model
In the twilight of my days, as my quest to seek justice for my daughter consumes me, I often reflect upon Simon Wiesenthal, the Nazi hunter. His vigilantism in chasing down perpetrators who sought refuge in obscure corners of the world, rendering them unable to evade the specter of their atrocities, serves as an unlikely emblem for my own struggle. Wiesenthal's targets were so gripped by the fear of being hunted that many, in a twisted act of cowardice, succumbed to death without the grim hand of justice clasping their shoulders. But for those who lived to face the reckoning, their legacies were not of evading punishment, but of the lives they had snuffed out.
In memory of my late child, I have embarked on a daunting quest — a crusade against the unspoken protocols that lead to avoidable tragedies within healthcare systems. My mission is not simply to expose the underbelly of our medical establishment but to empower families and patients with a monumental force: transparency.
The Battle Cry
It was a bright Wednesday, morning in October when life as I knew it was ripped from my grasp, leaving behind the harrowing echo of flatlining monitors and the frantic, sorrowful noise of in the ICU room of Northwell Health Glen Cove, NY. My child, my only child, became another statistic, another casualty of a system that values expediency over empathy, and the bottom line over human life. The story of my loss is not unique; it is one that echoes through the hollow halls of medical institutions around the world.
Yet, in our darkest moments, we find unexpected sources of light that propel us forward. For me, it was the unwavering conviction to seek justice, not just for my child but for all who have been silenced by the nefarious dealings of our healthcare system. I created the "Death by Hospital Protocol" app, a digital sanctuary for voices stifled by pain and privacy clauses. I refuse to be complicit in a system that perpetuates suffering under the guise of protocol.
No More Silent Screams
In a world transfixed by digital trends and social media upheavals, the power of our collective voice cannot be overstated. The "Death by Hospital Protocol" app is not just an interface; it is our rallying cry, our digital gathering space, where anonymity prevails is the tool and accountability the weapon. The app provides a platform for the unspeakable, where users can document, question, and, most crucially, find solidarity in the face of institutional silence.
By naming and exposing through stories that transcend state lines and hospital brands, we piece together a mosaic of negligence. We expose cases riddled with underreporting and oversight, not out of malice but to pave the way for systematic change. The ease of access to report a case, question an outcome, and engage with fellow users transcends logistical boundaries, uniting voices in their disarmament of the medical giant.
A Live Chat for Survival
But what sets the Death by Hospital Protocol APP apart is its live chat feature. This is for those lost in the Maze of a healthcare system that can feel like a trap. If you, a friend, or a loved one feel their hospital stay is not what it seems, here is where you can raise the alarm. The community will rally, not just in moral support, but as a support network of action.
This feature isn’t just about being heard; it’s about survival. The isolated are the most vulnerable. But no one is isolated in a community as fierce and unyielding as one mandated to protect, whether from hospital negligence or something as sinister as a hostage situation within those sterile
Shifting a Paradigm
A shift in paradigm demands the participation of a collective consciousness. It is not a single person's fight anymore. It’s a digital march towards a future where healthcare is no longer shrouded in mystery. A future where the mistakes of the past are not just remembered but rectified in the name of progress.
My heart bleeds for my child and for million lives lost needlessly each year. The question begging for an answer is not ‘Why?’ for that insidious answer is profit. It is now ‘What are we going to do about it?’
The Death by Hospital Protocol APP is a beacon for the bereaved, the bedridden, the bewildered. But, more importantly, it’s a siren to the architects of our failing healthcare system. There is a reckoning in these ones and zeroes, a call to account for those now merely shades in the hospital hallway.
In the quiet desperation a mother’s grief, a movement sparks. And it will be in the storied triumphs of justice, the symphony of voices refusing to be silenced, that our healthcare system will find its penance and, with it, its most profound renaissance.
A Beacon of Change
Darkness cannot endure where light penetrates. By shining a perpetual light on what was previously hidden, we not only remember those lost in the shadows but take a collective step towards a reimagining of patient care. I call upon anyone who has felt the cold grip of silence from behind a hospital curtain. Download the app; share your story. Question what fate defines as protocol.
This is not just about my healing or the dissemination of individual stories; it is about pivoting a system that demands chutes over ladders, and compassion over compliance. Our beacon, the "Death by Hospital Protocol" app, stands not as an emblem of vengeance but as a testament to the resilience of the human spirit.

PS. Death by Hospital Protocol App Initially, the project was filled with high ambitions, but it swiftly morphed into a daunting challenge as I faced a series of significant hurdles that nearly led to its collapse. The initial setback came from Google Play, rejecting our application within just four months. This was only the beginning; Apple's stringent guidelines posed an even greater challenge, culminating in rejection the ninth one last week. This journey has been excruciating, both emotionally and financially. I've poured my heart and soul into this project, working relentlessly with the developers, as they were revising code after code in an effort to comply with their stringent requirements. Thank God !! Finally, it is live!
