First, let me say how sorry I am for the loss of your beautiful daughter. You are right that this was pure murder by a bunch of evil , heartless satanists posing as medical providers. The same thing nearly happened to my daughter. However, I was a nurse for 36 years and I recognized what they were doing and got my daughter out of the hospital AMA before they were able to do any damage. But we both still have PTSD from it, and she needed therapy with a psychologist for a year to come to terms with the fact that there were people that evil whose jobs were based on "do no harm" that had become the exact opposite of that. I still can't wrap my head around it. I will agree what another said that you need to sue the hospital which will include the providers who are employees and they will have to be included. When I was working, I was a Labor-Delivery nurse and I had a patient that EMS brought in with a pregnancy emergency that they hadn't handled correctly. They sued EMS, the hospital and the doctors. I was called to give a deposition, even though I didn't work for the hospital anymore. They can find those people because they are licensed and the State Board who licenses them has their information. Once you get that case filed, you may want to contact and follow the case Scott Schara has in Wisconsin for his daughter Grace. He has filed criminal liability charges against 2 doctors, 5 nurses and 4 other staff for the death of his 19 year old Down's syndrome daughter who the hospital put on a ventilator without their consent then made a Do not Resuscitate and gave the toxic Covid protocol drugs. The strange thing in your case is you don't mention any of the typical Covid protocol drugs. But my Lord, they gave her enough drugs to put a 1500 pound bull down. While I wasn't an ICU nurse, I'm somewhat familiar with the routine for patients on ventilators because I did work in a high risk unit for a while. I can understand the midazolam, Precedex and maybe the Lorazepam, although the dosages and quantities seem really out of range. But all the meds usually given for pain like Fentanyl, Ketorolac and Tylenol seem odd. The Propofol was only going to cause problems as long as she was on it (remember this was what killed Michael Jackson). So I don't know the full picture, but this doesn't seem like a Covid protocol death, this seems like something different. For that reason, you might be able to get an attorney to look at your case if you focus on that and stay away from the Covid angle since they were given immunity for anything they did under that. It doesn't look like they followed the protocol, unless you've left something out.

An Amended Complaint. Refile with assistance from paralegals. Research any and all other cases against hospital and the law firms that filed those cases. Ask paralegals for help find best attorney. Suit against hospital, officers and agents and Does 1-100 etc. Copy documents with District Attorney to keep them informed as to the fact that murder was committed. In my view you only need to serve the Hospital. All other parties are just named DOES 1-100. The Complaint can be concise as to all people who according to your information and belief were complicit in the harm and death of your daughter. These named individuals were under the employment of the Hospital.
At this point it is true the DA will do nothing; but keeping them informed will further substantiate your just cause. I recommend an organization called the Thomas Moore Society who bring lawsuits against entities pro bono especially in cases that are anti-life. This was euthanasia. They may take up your cause. I have contributed to them as many others have. They have won many cases. I will continue to pray regularly for your cause.

One can only ask how can the people in power, those overseeing the healthcare facility not be seriously concerned about what is really happening to patients unless it's all part of a plan. Diabolical and evil to the core. Most horrific abuse. To all the attorney's out there who have refused to take this case, what if this had been your child or loved one? How would you approach the situation then? What right do you have to say a human life is worthless?
