YES! We need every single county in the USA to uphold this Supreme Court ruling that states the PREP Act doesn't stop one from suing for WILLFUL MISCONDUCT!

No one, much less our trusted doctors and nurses, should be absolved of causing death by hastening it ~ THIS IS PURE MURDER!

LAWYERS, GET WITH THE PROGRAM! Defend medical malpractice, wrongful death, and loss of companionship ~ and preserve the dignity of human life!

Absolutely true. And to the extent that the Pharmas lied and misrepresented their data, they, too, should be liable and accountable for their crimes. All of this has so damaged the medical system as a whole it will take years, if not decades, to rehabilitate. As to the government and regulatory agencies, I say they are a lost cause - do away with them.

Dear Rebecca, here's something I found about lawyers gatherings to fight covid cases:

So glad for this ruling!!! I hope it bears fruit for all the families of loved ones denied IVM and other helpful treatments. Also, I've read about lawyer's summits that are being held to help inform lawyers about routes they can take to address different covid lawsuits. Can't remember where I saw that. Maybe Attorney Renz? I'll try to find that. Could be a source to find you a lawyer:)

Wow Rebecca. First you slander all the lawyers that would not take your case and now you are begging any NY lawyer to take on your case. Make up your mind as to which side you are on. How does it feel asking money from medium household income, while you have multimillion properties between NY and Florida. And as a side note. How can you say you didn’t give consent when you signed a consent form for allowing the administration of Remdesivir? By looking at the autopsy report. You had to get a retired plastic surgeon to sign the autopsy. You could not get any other doctor more qualified? I’m looking forward to reading your reply.
