Wow! Rebecca, well stated! The DA’s who see the claims and the records to support them, yet turn a blind eye should be haunted in their sleep! The records being obtained are clearly showing the evil bestowed upon loved ones including our Grace Emily. We continue to pray for the people in these positions to do what is right. They will face and look into the eyes of God someday and be held accountable.

Sending many (((hugs))) to you!

We stand united today Cindy. Our battle is shared, our resolve unshakable. The American Hospital Holocaust represents a systemic failure, a betrayal of public trust, and it's time for change.

It is incomprehensible how those in power can turn a blind eye to the killing of innocent Americans. Indifference to such injustice is complicity. We cannot remain silent. We must shine a relentless spotlight on these dark corridors of power until those responsible are called to account.

Our fight for the fallen is a call to action. Remember their names. Share their stories. Demand accountability from officials and systems that have failed them. It's only through our collective voice that we can prevent further tragedy and safeguard the sanctity of human life.

Thank you Cindy, ((( hugs back)))

Dear Rebecca,

I am sorry for the recent disappointment you've faced. As your friend, I feel compelled to express my deepest apologies for the unfortunate outcome of your case, which was not taken seriously by the District Attorney.

It is truly disheartening to see that the very system meant to protect and serve its citizens has failed us in such a profound way.

The District Attorney's decision not to pursue your case has left us all questioning the very foundations of justice and the role of those who are entrusted with upholding it.

Please know that your story has not gone unnoticed, and there are many who stand in solidarity with you. Your courage and determination to seek justice in the face of adversity are admirable, and we are all inspired by your strength.

As we continue to grapple with the aftermath of this decision, we’ll not lose hope. It is our duty to raise awareness and advocate for change, ensuring that no one else has to endure the pain and frustration that you have experienced…experiencing.

I want to extend my sincerest apologies once more, and I want to remind you that you are not alone in this fight. Together, we will strive to create a world where justice is served for all, and where the voices of the wronged are never silenced.

With love and support.

The DA cited the wrong standard of evidence to pursue an investigation. She flipped it to the standard for criminal conviction, which is "beyond reasonable doubt." The standard to indict is merely "probable cause." The confusion is not acceptable given the DA's position in public service.

The omission of conduct (to investigate) by the DA given the evidence presented to date, is an omission of required conduct in the one position that most has a legal duty to act for the safety of the public. How many more died because this DA refused to act? The DA has a reasonable time to act after receiving "reasonable information and belief" (another standard) that a crime has been, is being, or will be committed. That "reasonable" (another standard) time has long passed since she received the evidence of Danielle's case.

Thus, the DA is now in violation of criminal law and is party to the unlawful killing of those who came after the reasonable time after the receipt of information in Danielle's case.

But for the omission of conduct from one who has a legal duty to act for the safety of the public, many more who were unlawfully killed using the CDC/FDA/NIH recommended drug cocktail protocol would be alive today. The DA is a "knowing" (another standard - mens rea) participant whose inaction (concurrent with a legal duty to act) is causally tied to the deaths of those who came after knowing (proven due to the "notice" given) that Danielle might have been killed by the cocktail of drugs, and deaths did subsequently occur. Mental state of knowing, inaction traced to subsequent unlawful killings, and that the killings did in fact occur is the evidentiary proof of at least involuntary manslaughter, more likely murder BY THE DA.

Further, an important issue here is the one foundational right upon which all other rights rely. The most important right in the Bill of Rights is "the right to petition the government for redress of grievances." If we cannot get the government to even investigate the taking of a life, let alone the suppression of free speech, then civil society breaks down. There are no rights unless those rights are shored up by the right of redress. If a society cannot get justice in the courts, then they will get justice in the street. Given the state of the State of New York, it seems that the government does want civil society to break down. They let criminals take advantage of citizens with impunity. Violent assault on police officers is met with no bail to walk free and do it again. Meanwhile, they spend time going after anyone not politically aligned with the chaos that is the purposeful taking of the foundation of America.

The DA will not investigate Danielle's obvious murder because she believes there is no one she answers to in the body of The People. Her allegiance is to other powers, the powers of government itself. If the DA were to extrapolate into the future the results of her inaction, and the results of the strategic destabilization plan to remake America, then she would realize that she will end up like all those who enabled communist revolution. Those who enable the revolution do not last long. They think they'll have a seat at the table after the revolution. But that never happens.

Danielle is an example of what happens to The People under the boot of government that cares not about justice, but rather about power.

God bless Danielle and Rebecca. I'm so sorry such an innocent soul had to endure the evils of centralization of medicine under socialist and communist policies. Those forms of government will lose many at the margins of a centralized system. The system is optimized for power and control over the people, not for health and safety and rights of The People.

Read the LAST chapter in the book What the Nurses Saw by Ken McCarthy. Follow the money and see how much hospitals in each state were paid for Covid+ diagnosis. Additionally, obedience to protocols was financially rewarding. Being put on a vent was a jackpot for the hospitals. THIS chapter of THIS book is very important.

Thank you. Please help spread my daughter's story. I want the world to understand the tragedy that befell my innocent child. The cruel acts of torture and murder committed against Danielle will not be ignored. I have created a website to shed light on the healthcare professionals responsible for these atrocities. Our once safe havens - hospitals and doctors - are now under the influence of the pharmaceutical industry mafia.

Despite the unbearable pain and sorrow that pierce my heart with the loss of my beloved Danielle, I am compelled to speak out against the horrors she suffered. These so-called healers, whom I trusted with the most precious part of my life, became the monsters who extinguished her vibrant spirit. Danielle's memories and the love that she embodied are eternal flames within me, and as long as I draw breath, I will honor her by being her voice. Silence is a luxury I cannot afford, for there are others out there, vulnerable and at risk, who may be suffering as she did. And for them, for the sanctity of their lives, I will fight to reveal the truth and seek justice.

John was a ray of hope amidst the darkness. He is a man of empathy and integrity, genuinely touched by Danielle's story. After reviewing her medical records and understanding the depth of evil , he included her in his memorandum. John’s compassion and commitment to justice in unheard of this world today.

The ever failing Justice system that's been failing for years has hit rock bottom. It's become the dysfunctional injustice system. Absolutely appalling. Where is the backbone of Justice? It seems to have crumbled into a pile of rubbish. Someone please take the trash out. It's time for revamping as criminals shouldn't get a free pass. What is the goal of the American justice system? Protecting the innocent, convicting criminals, and providing a fair justice process to help keep order across the country. In other words, it keeps our citizens safe. Where is the JUSTICE??? Has it become like the hospital system to just turn a blind eye or sweep serious crimes under the rug? As I think about what happened to Rebecca's daughter, Danielle, it sickens me. To think that there is blatant evidence of a crime contained within the medical record and to have fool proof evidence on an autopsy report that substantiates a Fentanyl overdose and no Legal team to take an interest, as well as, the District Attorney of Nassau County, NY will not open a criminal case when the evidence is clear of a criminal act of knowingly, willfully and intentionally overdosing a young woman held hostage on a ventilator in a hospital death chamber. Anyone to think that this is any less than a criminal act has few bricks short of a load and even possibly cerebral atrophy. It's time for someone out there in the Legal arena to stand up and do what's right. It's time to rein in the criminals and to get the JUSTICE that's deserved for Rebecca's precious child, Danielle.
